If you are passing Castelluccio come and visit us in our shop you could taste our products, prepared according to old traditional recipes simple.
The lentils of Castelluccio of Norcia IGP is our most famous product with which we prepare the classic soup with bread or a richer plate with Norcia sausages.
Spelt is proposed to be enjoyed either hot soup, salad and cold. We then recommend the cheese platter (both fresh and aged in caves) and salty ricotta, accompanied by our wildflower honey from Castelluccio...

Our family

Coccia family has always lived and worked in the small village of Castelluccio and is involved in agriculture. The founders and Pompey Marietta since the ’30s have grown fields of lentils and wheat and sheep farming practiced transhumance with the winter, becoming expert cheesemakers.
The next generation saw Dick and Emilia engaged in the prosecution of business, from their enlarged and improved, using techniques of modern breeding and farming, and with the realization of the present building, in a beautiful location view Mount Carrier .
Work continues with the new generation and with the help of Mikhail dairyman and his family, so that the tradition should be preserved.
