Starters feature our own pecorino cheeses, both fresh and aged, along with salted ricotta, and cured meats like Norcia larded salami, Ciauscolo IGP from Visse, and Norcia capocollo. Enjoy a platter with our wildflower honey from Castelluccio, fresh ricotta, and emmer salad dressed with fresh tomatoes and Umbrian extra virgin olive oil.
