I visited Castelluccio di Norcia for the first time last August, coming from Piceno and skirting the imposing outline of Monte Vettore with its long crest towards the end of the journey. Since it was lunchtime, we stopped by chance at this farmhouse, because I was struck by its beautiful and simple exposed wooden structure. Everything was delicious and… digested very well. Excellent quality at (more than) honest prices.

Located in a suggestive point of the valley, tables outdoors and indoors. The service is characterized by the most absolute cordiality and the local products on the table to delight the palate. The main dish is undoubtedly the lentil soup with or without sausage. Wine from the Antonelli winery, a must for both the Grechetto and the red Montefalco. Well done.
